For purchases made in store, if the items are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase the full value of the order will be credited back to you.
If an order is cancelled after the initial 24 hour period there will be a charge of 20% of the value of the order.
If your order was placed online you will have 7 days to cancel it without any surcharges.
For all returns, the goods must in in perfect condition (i.e. same as they were delivered to you).
Also, all items must be unopened in their original packaging and sealed by the manufacturer.
If you require collection of the goods you are returning there will be a charge of £39.
Please notify us in writing within 7 days if you require an uplift of goods.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is sufficient access for goods to be delivered into their home.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on special-size orders or non-stock items specially ordered.
We offer no compensation for wrong parts or missing parts from the manufacturer, but we will endeavour to solve the problem as quick as possible.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check that goods have been delivered in good condition. Please contact our customer services within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of a fault/damages via email firstname.lastname@example.org
If any bed frame is placed on a non-carpeted floor you must place some protection underneath all of the legs to stop the bed from moving. If this is not adhered to all guarantees and warranties will be void.
Important Mattress Care Advice
Most modern day mattresses have very generous filling layers for your comfort. Do not worry if hollows appear in the sleeping areas of your mattress, this is quite normal.
Your mattress is going through the natural settlement and bedding in stage. It is caused as a result of the fillings compacting under body weight. It is not ‘sagging’ springs etc. Gradually, all the fillings will compress. Regular mattress turning and/or rotating aids this process.
It is very common to notice a ridge in the middle of a mattress. This occurs most in king size and super king size mattresses. This is due to the fact that it does not get slept on regularly. You can reduce this by using the centre of the mattress when you can, to help the comfort layers settle.
Delivery estimates are in working days (ie. Monday-Friday).
Collected Goods – Faulty goods must be returned to the store by the customer.
Shop Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders placed in store can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing your order and the goods have not been delivered or collected. After 24 hours the cancellation fee is 20% of the item value. Once goods have been delivered or collected we do not offer a refund or replacement if you have changed your mind.
